Adam leads and oversees all client work done by our Account Service, Strategy, Insight and Market Engagement departments to ensure our clients are delighted with all aspects of our alliance. Adam’s years in product development at companies such as Sunbeam and Tyco – as well as his years as an agency leader at Miami’s Kelley Swofford Roy and Fort Lauderdale’s Starmark – have honed his expertise in engaging consumers through the right strategies, tactics and media placement opportunities.
Larry leads the creative development team to create fresh ideas that will engage our clients’ mainstream consumers and help them feel empowered to do more. At Shelton Group, he works side by side with the entire agency to ensure that our campaigns are both strategically sound and creatively unexpected. Larry’s award-winning work at some of the best agencies on the East Coast has resulted in memorable campaigns for clients such as Lowe’s, Springmaid, Dunkin’ Donuts, John Hancock and Velux Skylights. You’ve probably noticed some of his most successful creative executions in publications such as Print, Adweek, Creativity and AdCritic.
Lee Ann oversees all custom client and proprietary research, including our exclusive Pulse studies. Lee Ann directs a staff that designs quantitative and qualitative studies and oversees secondary analyses, digging deep to find the nuggets of information that pave the way for successful insights, strategies and creative. She regularly presents research findings to clients and industry groups around the country. Before joining Shelton Group in 2001, Lee Ann spent 11 years in the banking industry, beginning in customer analysis and segmentation and ending as senior vice president of marketing for a regional bank.
At Shelton Group, Karen is the consumers' voice. She knows them inside and out—what they love and hate; what they say they do versus what they actually do; what they believe in; what they fear—and ultimately what motivates them to action. It's her job to synthesize research, cultural macrotrends, behavioral science and strategy to produce the compelling insights that fuel powerful creative campaigns.
